"What I liked the most is that the company encouraged creativity and out of the box thinking on design work. There product line was not the norm and drew on you experience and knowledge to be able to design product and tooling to sucessfully complete the project."

"express your creativity and your experience as a designer, be truthful."
What don't you like about working at Stewart EFI?
"Because of the fast pace of the work involved some things required to sucessfully manufacture parts were not follwed through ie:ENC's, and corrective actions were not followed thru and created issues."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"A more complete follow-up system for ECN's and corrective action would prevent future issues."
