"When I started, most of the other drivers were very helpful - a nice bunch of guys. But the company is super cheap, they take every dime they can from their contract drivers. They keep most of fuel surcharge and any accessory fees they charge customers - they keep most of that. They even keep some of your liftgate fee but they won't pay for any part of a liftgate repair fee. Makes me go "hmmm!!!" Terminal manager unethical to put it mildly and nobody is watching the stuff they do."
"Company driver pay is the worst in the industry. They take as much as possible from contract drivers, pay is low and only a fraction of what they collect. They even keep most of the fuel surcharge, everything they charge for they will keep most of it. It's all a lie about the money you'll make contracted to them. You will run like a dog to get drops off truck and then will be paid chump change. I believe they stay awake at night trying to figure out more ways to squeeze more money from their drivers."
"Worst company possible to work for, management is an absolute joke. There isn't any apparently. No one has a clue on whats going on. They don't give raises. They lie to employees all the time about compensation, as they do drivers that work for them as well. If you get the current boss just walk out and quit that day. Totally clueless. You will thank me later. They keep job postings a secret so current employees can't even apply for them. Moving up in the company is not an option. The pay grade is horrible for the workload they ask you to do. Problems are never ever solved, just the same problems you will run into every day. And once again if you are in the current boss's dept just leave now and find a different job. Dead serious."
"No management or structure, worst company ever worked for!"
