"I worked for Joe Tramonte Realty for 15 years. My husband was in a very bad car accident and I needed time off to take care of him - unfortunately the company being a small family owned company did not have a personal leave policy in effect; therefore I submitted my resignation as at that time I could not effectively perform all the job functions expected of me and take care of my spouse at the same time. It is a great company!"
