"I love and appreciate what TriNet is attempting to do with its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Working as a leader of one of those groups, I've seen the success that we can hold, but also the playpen we have been placed in to restrict certain levels of change. TriNet needs to start listening to its colleagues. Or there won't be any left."
"TriNet made a lot of changes to the operating model over the last year and has disregarded the opinion and viewpoint of their staff. A lot of the aspects of the organization are lip service and not truly what the leaders live and breathe. There are different expectations on the colleagues than the leaders."
"It is a good Collaborative company"
"I've worked for TriNet since 2018, I immediately knew it was a great company. Everyone I have worked for and worked with has been top-notch. You can easily speak with anyone at any level within the company to speak your mind. The benefits are good too. I have recommended TriNet to others and would work there again if given the opportunity."
"Great Benefits. It was a good first company. I learnt a lot about the domain and the technologies."
"I have worked at TriNet since 2017. At first, I loved the company. In the last 18 months there has been some organizational changes that have really changed how we are treated. It has also changed our internal processes and made things less efficient just so they can micro-manage more. It is all about which territory you get placed as a consultant that determines how well you will do and that is very frustrating."
"I've worked at Trinet/ Whitecrow for 2 years. The leadership team, training and onboarding was top notch. I worked with a dynamic team of professionals which allowed for environment for continuous learning. They offered all the tools I needed to meet and exceed my goals I learned so much from my experience here. My supervisor was very supportive of my growth development. I would recommend anyone in Human Resources or Staffing who is interested in progressing their career to consider an opportunity at Whitecrow Research."
"A great company just needs to add to the overall culture and make it easier for internal growth."
"Very good place to work. Lot of growth opportunities."
"If you are looking for a stand pace type of work, this might be a good fit for you.If you are looking for advanement, educational achievement and flexibility, this might not be the best fit for you."
"I have worked for Trinet for more than 8 years and have become a SME in it's PEO business model. during my tenure at Trinet, it has gone through big transformation from a private services focused company to a public technology enabled services provider company. Trinet is focusing on being the best in the industry with focus on client retention and organic growth."
"Amazing company with great growth opportunities. The only downside is most internal teams do not want to help make you successful in your position. Various other departments are combative when asking for assistance. The training was great, however, you don't learn enough to be a success within your first year, that is the reason for high turnover--employees feel overwhelmed."
"Good place to work! There is an emphasis placed on the culture of the organization. There has been major growth, which has brought about a lot of changes and some growing pains. There is alot of transparency from corporate, allowing employees to know how we are doing in the market as an organization."
"Although, TriNet has been in business since 1988 it is run like a startup Company. There is constant Management change and there vision continues to change. The potential income that is promised to you, when you are first interviewed, is impossible to make as there is no control in contract negotiation, service and client management. TriNet has a lot to work on in order to succeed with it's employee moral and client retention."
"TriNet has connected me with one of the best teams I have ever worked with in my career. The CSRC Team members in Dublin location are all friendly, empathetic, professional in their own right, and they all come together to help one another and others in other locations whenever they are called upon or even when not called upon to do so. The selflessness of every member of this team and their passion and true care for the company and the clients are genuinely inspiring."
