"No career growth. The infrastructure (rooms, labs, offices, buildings) are old. I'd never show my friends where I work. Pay scale is way below average (work week is 35hrs). As a research assistant I make 10K less than my counterpart at Harvard university."

"Increase the pay scale so you can retain talent. Provide better infrastructure and resources (e.g. fitness center, cafeteria) so we can proudly show off our workplace."
