3.5 I've worked at turner for over 12 years. It's a good place to work at. I rarely ever get to talk with anyone in authority about the progress of our shop-wide progress. Any info from authority would be nice to know where we as alloy welders would know how our progress is going compared to other companies or shops. It would also be nice to know how much we accomplished in a day's task.... a normal day on the job consists of an early morning 3-5 minute safety meeting after that, go to work.

1.9 Turner Industries overall is a great company from what I can tell, but the outfit I was thrown into was very far from that. I’m not one to have a poor attitude about work, but the treatment I received while working for them was absolutely terrible and illegal.

3.6 I would recommend that management set up a safety budget and take control of the safety personnel and budget out of the hands of the job superintendant.
