3.4This company is ripe with great people, I seldom encounter an individual not worth spending some time to discuss solutions with. There is a serious segregation of roles and responsibilities that hinders growth and learning however. Unlike any place I've encountered previously, each technical group has a very strict and narrow focus on responsibilities, with no sharing between groups, and all trade secrets closely guarded and seldom discussed. Documentation is poor, tribal knowledge is the rule.
