"At first look UOL seems a great place to work. The average employees are dedicated and intelligent, and the company focuses on current technology. But when you peek behind the curtain you soon see that the entire place is riddled with cancer. Morale sucks because the people are terrified of layoffs (there are always layoffs) and unless you are part of the inner circle, you just will not get promoted. Worst of all is the fact that you soon realize that the company is horribly run."
