"Difficult working environment. Management was not willing to work with/train employees to benefit the company. I was lied to about the need for Spanish speaking capabilities."

"Place yourself in the shoes of the employees. The added pressure is not needed and hinders the growth of employees."

"Operations are HQed in Miami, so the 3 hour time difference can sometimes pose uncomfortable situations for our client base out of the West Coast."

"It is the best school to learn all about TV production, journalism and news in a fast paced environment. The quality of theprograms is excellent and you get the opportunity to have hands on experience in all areas of production."

"I recommend you know how to speak,read and write in Spanish at a professional level before you interview for a production job there. Be competitive, be yourself, and demonstrate you are a motivated individual who has clear career goals."

"I think the company should work on providing more opportunities to become staff member instead of working part-time or freelance for years."

"Management is great and that is why the company stands on the top of its market, however, staff opportunities are limited and people often see themselves stuck working for low salaries and no benefits for years."

"No benefits policy temporary for 3 months perhaps 3 more and never more.They could lie about running your B/Ground check to give you a regular positon,not true.Perhaps the day you leave,you could be escorted by the security without reason.:)"

"I like the people most of all. Everyone knows how to get along well while being productive alongside each other."

"It helps to know Spanish. It's a bilingual environment, but a very friendly one as well."

"I don't like how far behind many modern media practices it is. There's not much room for growth, and is a little more of the stiff corporate environment than I was hoping for."

"Be open to input on newer technologies and practices."
