The work environment of Upfield is really great with having nice Coworker and Line Manager who treat you like a family. Worker environment is Agile and fast paced.
2.7Started in 2018, this company was a part of Unilever at one time. Two plants in one, older section and a newer highly automated section. People are great to work with, management is going through variosu changes. Lots of hours including weekends and OT. Basically can be 24/7operation.
3.3I have worked for Upfield since the purchase in July of 2018. The business has turned around and become a profitable market for the first time in over 25 years. The mission to create a food product that ensures a healthy role is the main focus. This is being delivered by launching plant based products.
