"Haha. Yeah. Unless you're in great shape, or plan to allow yourself to work hard enough to be in great shape, and also be mentally tough, have thick skin, and be able to work toward a common goal with peers and follow ALL commands, don't do it."

"I very much disliked the morale of the ARMY due to the idea that if you're hurt, people automatically assume you're weak. And if you're weak, they don't like you."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I wasn't in a management position, and other than suggesting that they work at helping people with their fitness rather than running them down for not being able to finish Air Assault school for example."

"No tips really, not a very challenging interview. Just need to score high on the ASVAB."

"Unfair at times and favoritism does exist which makes it very challenging for subordinates unfortunately."

"Equality and more management skills are needed for senior leaders. Individual training is also recommended."
