What do you like about working at US Census Bureau?
"It was a great experience. I learned the US can change a lot in 10 years. I got to drive around, speak with people, help them fill out their Census forms. Updating the maps were fun, though it seemed my friend and I were the only employees who knew what we were doing."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"There was no interview, just a training class. Use common sense, and know how to read a map."
What don't you like about working at US Census Bureau?
"I felt as if most of the people I worked with were uneducated, and had no idea what they were doing. Some couldn't read a map. Some didn't even take the time to change, and update the maps on this census or last."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep track, and check up on employees. Raise the bar on how to get hired."

"I would suggest to managers not to hire so many at one time. That way you will leave room for permenant positions"
