"The company was very supportive in my goals and they encouraged me into trying out new skills and learning new skills. Was invited to learn what other engineers were doing and how they conduct business."

"Be yourself because the co-workers are friendly and love to talk about other topics besides work"

What don't you like about working at United States Coast Guard?

"The company was small and did not have the opportunities that I am looking for long term"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be open to suggestions made by engineers and determine what is available financially, not what is wanted by the Officers"
