"FAR better (and much more mature/professional) than any civilian job I've had, so far."

What do you like about working at United States Marine Corps?

"This was a very professional environment. There is continuing education on critical issues, like tact, professionalism, etc."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ensure that you really want to join the Corps. Working to earn the title, Marine will probably be the hardest thing that you will EVER do. I was discharged 10 years ago, and it still is the hardest thing I've ever done. ...I have a graduate degree from one of the best schools in America."

What don't you like about working at United States Marine Corps?

"There is not enough understanding, as far as employees wanting to pursue university education. The severity varies from unit-to-unit."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn to THINK, before you make decisions. Experience has NOTHING to do, with what you will get from an employee."
