"There have been a lot changes, in general. They cut off employment, they're hiring casual employees to get rid mostly of regular federal employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Let the newly hired regular federal employees work longer and retain wrongful termination."

The fact that everything must be delivered or solved within a time period allows your problem solving skills and strategic planning to form into place. If you are behind, you must figure out how to excel to the next step. The best part is, if you fail at something, the managers and supervisors are there to guide you towards the correct way of doing the job. Its something I enjoyed while I was there and learned how to develop new work ethic and gave a new term to punctuality."
