"So much gossip, management vision is not like 'let grow together' too much favoritism, very pathetic reimbursement process, anyone can make extra money and I have seen few higher management people doing so. I was there just to learn the technology, not a good place to grow your career with. And yes your every part of work is online, and when it's your time to say goodbye or appraisal they will never review your task activity or performance. They will go by asking here and there within the company."
