2.5 Greedy company that loves to act like it cares about its employees, but really they don’t. The CEO rather build faulty drive ins that fall on his employees cars and buy new buildings then pay his average worker a livable wage. He acts like he cares about us but he doesn’t. He rather raise responsibilities over and over then ever raise pay

4.2 I've worked for UWM for over a year and found it to be a great place to getting your foot in the door when others would not give you a chance. They are willing to train for any position and let you take the reign for your role and compensation (daily commitments help drive this part of the role). There's plenty of on-site perks to make your life easier from the gym to the free coffee and to an on-site massage therapist and doctor.

3.4 I have worked at UWM since January of 2021. It is a great company with tremendous growth potential for younger employees and the company facilities are absolutely phenomenal! It is a very different environment for me at UWM because you work more individually and it isn’t the usual plant environment I am used too. The company is fantastic but I am currently looking for something with better pay, better hours and something in a production environment which I relish.
