"To clarify, the LA Franchise was a very pleasant place to work until the new ownership made some incredibly poor decisions. In their floundering for an increase in business, they are (often openly) abusive to their employees and staff. Most of which is emotionally destructive and demeaning. The tension makes the environment almost too much to bear which is made all the more difficult if you're one who remembers how good it was before. Otherwise, the admin, sales team, and 1 manager were wonderful."
