"Physicians of other departments do not care about patients. They do not think about medical problems, but rather conform to parameters and statistics and do not use medical knowledge for their management decisions. Departments are terribly understaffed for the work demands they face."

"Screen the clinical skills and knowledge of staff. Eliminate incompetence by employing doctors that actually think and want to solve medical problems, instead of finding ways to get a disposition and discharge a patient as fast as possible."
