They offer flexibility in schedules, time off and champion work/life balance. As with any sales job, success is hard the first year, we typically run at a 25% fill rate meaning that you are not successful 75% of the time. You must be resilient to work in this industry - if you can make it past that, then the income potential is there to reward you!

3.1 I have worked with VISTA Staffing for approximately 12 years. During that time there have been mergers, acquisitions and buyouts. With those types of transactions and transitions comes different leadership styles and personalities. As VISTA continues to work through leadership hurdles, the people in general are a terrific bunch and handle change with grace.
