"I have worked at Vivint Solar as a sales consultant part time since Feb of 2018. My day job is as an electrical engineer and patent agent but I am a big advocate of renewable energy. In short the company is always improving and while facing growing pains, it has a heart in the right place and is working to do its best. One of the coolest places to work as management is pretty flat and your success is pretty directly proportional to your work ethic."

"I worked at vivint solar for two months and I really like working there. What I did was I worked on daily auditing skills and then I would check emails to see what I needed to get done for the day. Later on I would set up the schedule to when the forman would go out to install the panels. I would also call the clients to confirm their appointments for the install."

The company/product is very complex, and sometimes the systems aren't what we need to get the job, done, would be my only complaint."

The expectations of employees are on par. One downside is the corporate office which is 200+ employees over building capacity. Oftentimes, the noise and fun level is a little high.
