"While the work itself is demanding, the ability to control your own schedule, set and achieve your own goals, and generally push yourself to hit new heights is what makes this role rewarding. Compensation is solely based on your work ethic and desire to succeed. The managers want you to grow and make a smooth transition into the role and the team.
