"Don't do it unless you can live off 33 hours a week. Hourly pay may seem ok, but they get you by only having you work 33 hours... do your math first."

What don't you like about working at Walgreens?

"Hourly cutbacks from 40 to 33 to pad the pockets of CEO and stockholders. The company doesn't care too much about the financial effects of its employees. It pretends to be employee friendly in the eyes of the consumer."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take care of my employees first. Happy employees give 100% + and give better customer care."

"You have to have patience and love working with people."

"No opportunity to move up in the pharmacy after becoming a senior tech."

"Fairness with all employees, and don't be afraid to confront the bad behavior of some employees."

"The supervisor could have been more lenient and open to suggestions."

"Hire more employees so that the pharmacist on site will not be frustrated when an incident occurs."

"Walgreens provides us a great opportunity to help patients access their medications. We provide consultation and other convenience services for our patients. We are right there when patients need us. I felt rewarded when I saw customers were satisfied with our services."

"I don't like that Walgreens cut our working hours. None of us are full 40 hours per week."
