"I love my job. I've worked at McDonald's, the Buckle, Pizza Hut, and Walmart in that consecutive order. Walmart has by far been my favorite job. I started as a cashier the first few years and then became a customer service manager. It can be stressful at times, but overall I really enjoy it. I like working with so many different people and customers. It's a lot of fun. The pay could be better, but recently Walmart has stepped up its game and increased its wages, which is a definite plus. If you're interested in Walmart, I definitely recommend it. I've had a good time with Walmart. It's a home away from home."

Walmart Employee

"I've worked for Walmart for a bit more than a month. I was able to learn and collaborate with fellow coworkers and my supervisor to be able to keep up with the inventory processing and supply management for shipments. Overall it was a good experience as I learned more about time management and detail analysis."

"I've worked for Walmart for the past year. I've found it to be strongly focused on performance with little care or thought for their employees. Time off is hard to come by when you need it and they force mandatory overtime. Intercommunication between shifts needs to improve as there has been a disconnect when they attempt to work together. They put your needs on hold until their business needs are met. They prefer very flexible associates when it comes to both work and availability. This is to compensate for their seemingly preferred minimal staffing."
