"Great company to work for"
"Walsh Heavy Construction hired me to set up four total stations for machine control paving. They allowed me to take over the grade checking aspect and grow into a surveyor on my own. Walsh is excellent at allowing their employees to grow and develop into more rounded workers. Unfortunately, the work outlook in my area is not doing well."
"They follow company rules and guidelines to the letter. They also maintain to update employees on the current production equipment to the current level such as classes either by outside contractors or fellow employees to train via website skills to be able to perform their job functions as efficiently as possible. They also yearly remind federal policies such as harassment and other social issues on special designed interactive programs."
"I have worked in the construction industry and engineering. But the company I am in now is a great company to be great co-workers, and you always are happy to work"
"A place where you are truly just a number."
"Walsh Construction is a great company with opportunity to grow and all the necessary resources to assist you."
"By-the book contractors who value consistency and reliability above all else"
"I have worked with Walsh Construction full time for over a year now. Though I enjoy the people I work with, the work environment is negative. A lot of the workers are miserable almost every day. I, as well as the other engineers, feel like we are understaffed for this project making it hard to succeed."
"This site was very helpful and easy."
"One of the largest companies in the United States. Top 100 companies on Forbes list to work for. Good work atmosphere and people."
"My time at walsh has been great, but overall as a corporation, there seems to be too much distance between the divisions and the head. The ideals are perfect, and leadership lacks. I feel their trade workers are left to do a safe, quality, and timely job without the tools and support needed. Definite room for improvement."
"Great Company. One of the best."
"I did already it should be on file"
