"I have worked for Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts for the past 3 years. I have worked for Facility Asset Management as a Design Manager responsible for architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure WDI's vision is carried through. Leadership has encouraged and helped develop my managing skills, career advancements, and always offered very competitive compensation."

"I worked a Disneyland since 2015 while I was in college. It's a really great place to work but scheduling and hours are inconsistent. The minimum wage is difficult to make a living with but there are a lot of perks to working for the mouse. Cast members are very friendly and the company treats their employees nicely."

"Management stinks: rather than inspiring people to greatness, they intimidate people into submission. It's all about process, for process' sake. They give lots of lip service to putting the "guest" first, but it's really all about project funding, building up management fiefdoms which are measured as the number of direct reports, and making their boss look good so they can climb the ladder themselves."

"I've worked for Walt Disney Company since 2004. Strong company with an amazing brand, known worldwide. People I work with are truly amazing and help each other out. Unfortunately, moving up within the organization depends more on who you know rather than on your skills and experience."

"I've worked for Walt Disney World for over 10 years. This company has given me world-class skills to deliver a quality product to anyone in the world. Although the pay was not what I feel should have been for the quality work, I will be eternally grateful for the once in a lifetime opportunities the company presented me."
