"I was not very pleased with condition of the equipment, and the lack of parts to complete the repairs."

"Be very careful about salary/commissions that are promised during the interview process."

"Constant changes to the sales incentive plans. Micro managing of the sales people."

"Stop making so many changes in such a short period of time. You need time for things to work or not work."

"Research how many managers have been in that position in the past five years."

"Too many lay-offs. I went through three downsizings within my two and half years. Mostly in mid and upper management."

"Stay consistent when positions need to be filled. Utilize existing force so lay-offs are minimal."

"The caring atmosphere that the co-workers brought to the job."

"The back stabbing that some of the workers did to move to a new position."
