What don't you like about working at Weis Markets?

"When I made complaints or suggestions it seemed to go in one ear and out the other. Then if they did listen, they rarely acted on what they said they would do. I felt discriminated against because I was so trustworthy!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat the employees with more respect. It was bad enough the pay was not there."
