"I was a contract underwriter and was told the position was for a minimum of six months. I uprooted my family, as we thought we would be in Arizona for a while. It ended up lasting two months. The other 12 contractors were released starting the first week and than every week after. I was the last to leave, which should tell you that my quality of work is good."

"Have an open door policy."

"Be prepared to work all the time."

"They reminded you constantly you are only a contractor. They expect us to work seven days a week. Humans need rest."
