"I worked for WEM and I have to say it was a great company. After it was sold and became an LLC there were small leadership issues that began to crack the organization. Sales and growth promises were made, ultimately unable to be kept, and as a result there was a mass reduction in workforce. It is a small company that had big dreams. The small outcomes will most likely be what liquidates this company to recover investment costs. I would not work there if asked to return."
