West Point Underwriters Employee

"The actual company itself it absolutely fantastic. They really care about their employees and go out of their way to provide a great place to work. They have Christmas parties and a lot of paid holidays. The IT department is not run as well. There is little direction and the talents of the programmers are not utilized to the full potential. That being as it is, they do still treat their people well."
