3.6Whova, Inc is one of the leading software that aid event organizers in establishing the most efficient management operations in event and attendee engagement and networking . Moreover, while the software was intuitive and was the answer to most organizer needs for their event, Whova's management in-office gave little to zero support to their sales and retention team with ample technology in conducting day-to-day sales activity. Meaning, sales teams had to rely on their personal technology (cell phone, computer, headset, etc.) in daily work. This played a major factor in one's standing employment because it meant in order to be employed with Whova, your personal technology needed to be up to speed or technical difficulties would be met with their already weak WiFi. While engineers were given all new laptops, desktops and overall more efficient technology, Whova's sales team was not granted the same value of worth in its own company which damaged the Sales Pipeline for each Account Executive working with potential users.
