"If you can put up results in this most difficult environment you can get promoted. In general you will also have your weekends off with some exceptions. Great benefits."

"Make sure you know the sacrifice required for the job you are getting ready to take."

What don't you like about working at WIS International?

"The job demands your life. While I worked mostly M-F I would work 100 hours a week in that time. There was one 3 month period where I was working 7 days a week and worked a minimum of 120 hours a week for that entire period. There is no loyalty from the company and it is even worse since it was merged with Western Inventory."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Promote and hire competent management. Not just good counters that stuck around long enough to be promoted and show some loyalty and concern for your teams."
