However, execution is key. Although comprised of impressive team members, the need for more hands-on leaders with prior start-up success & expert-level experience is noticeable. Moreover, internal collaboration and shared vision/mission could be stronger. Imperatively, pivoting decisions must be based on real data, not on outsider opinion.
Personally not a good organizational-fit for me. I am most competent amongst companies that strive to achieve/maintain a healthy balance between the goals of the organization and that of the customers and/or clients. I love money, but I love money more when attained through a respectable process.
But hey, they're an early start-up! Hoping they can overcome the notorious start-up hiccups and stay ahead of the game.
3.9For those with SaaS startup experience, preferably in the early stages. A good fit for those who want to wear multiple hats. Extremely fast paced, and must be able to perform in high pressure situations. Although there is opportunity to grow, if you find it difficult to take initiative and rely on having clear instructions, then wait before joining the Worth team!
