"The last company I worked for does not have emphasis on employee retention and does not embrace leadership 101 principles, specifically get to know and understand employees and their talents. Immature leadership will isolate and target subordinates based on their personal impression without evaluating data revealing true capabilities and potential. Advancement opportunities are bias and based on likability, same way of thinking, friendship or prior work relationship. Factory floor communication is not encouraged. Fear and intimidation atmosphere is prevalent."
