"I've worked with Yates since 2018. One of the big GCs in the US and they have offices all over the US. The pay is average and it also depends on how good you are at negotiating. The company invests heavily on training. The work hours of the people on field are almost 7 days a week. Leadership management is poor."
"The average company, Executive side to take better hold of the business. Projects need everyone involved. The trouble with landing new work in an extremely busy market??? Projects they had were good pieces of work, but contracts not complete, buy-out procurement greatly exceeded expected, with large ticket items left out. would not take much to get much better."
"Overall good company to work for!"
"I've worked for yates construction co. For a year and a half, which I found it very rewarding and challenging, their safety culture is very strong in spite of the size of the company, and the upper management cares for their employees."

"My direct supervisor was really informative and looks out for all his subordinates well."
"As general superintendent for WG Yates, I respect their commitment to safety. Building construction is just a portion of their interest, with other subcontracting specialties as part of the organization."
"WG Yates is a good company. It gives every worker the right to do their job"
"Very impersonal company. You don't feel part of a team, which i miss very much"
"It has been life changing experience while working with Yates"
"WG Yates is an excellent company with good values"
"Pretty strong safety culture and good ability to grow if you desire to stay. It provides many great avenues to gain knowledge and skills to grow. It can be very demanding of your time and does somewhat micro-manage leadership position responsibilities."
"It's a good company to work for. It is also different than a lot of construction companies because your role is to do one area of work and not the gamut of what a PM would do."
"A company with hands-on upper management approach."
"I have worked with WG Yates for 10 years and found them to be a very strong company and have learned a lot from them."
