"The HR Department. The competency in that department varies widely. The good ones are awesome, the bad ones have influence far beyond their abilities."

"Great company, great product and sales support. Make sure you get a clear understanding of your territory and accounts that are included within it."

"I did not like the territory breakout that favored the manager's girlfriend, therefore reducing my ability to achieve desired sales commissions."

"I would have made sure the sales territories were divided up equitably."

"As stated, the company closed approximately 80% of it's outlets, however a potential employee show be commited to assisting in the company's future objectives."

"The expansion of the company was too aggressive and resulted in corporate closing 80% of it's outlets after 5 years of growth."

"Focus on long term achievable growth while maintaining the desire and commitment to positive expansion."

"No growth opportunities. Even though it is a great learning ground, it does not offer enough growth opportunities."

"Be more stable. We have had a lot of turnover in management."
