"If you aren't putting someone else down to build yourself up youre not doing well. If you don't kick a couple knees in to get ahead youre not winning. If you stop to help and develop someone in their growth youre standing around and wasting time."

"I would give more responsibility to other managers. Give them more chances to grow. I would also be willing to hear the voice of change."

"The days off were not structured. They would change every week as business dictates. I didn't mind having days off in the middle of the week or working weekends, but it was challenging to schedule anything more than a week out."
