"I have worked for the local library system, the Central Rappahannock Regional Library for over three years. While the pay is not great, it is a lot better than other libraries in the area pay. You will not find a better, more caring work environment than with this library. Co-workers truly care about each other, and my supervisors are sad to have to wish me farewell to a "real" job. The administration sends you a peace lily or a white poinsettia for any bereavement you must experience."
