What don't you like about working at Consolidated Graphics?

"My only compliant is that I wish I lived closer to work, or was able to work from home some days. Traffic is terrible in Houston!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If I were running the show I might offer more work from home, but the environment is really great so really I don't mind coming to work every day. Plus the hours are somewhat flexible so it works for me."

"Consolidated Graphics is a good company and being able to sell the entire tool box has it's advantages. They can get nearly anything done for any one."

"Keep in mind that the company is greater than the local Midland facility."

"I have had many sales opportunities lost due to high price points. Sales support has been lacking as well as participation from Senior Management."

"Treat all sales people equily. Respond to inquiries in a timely fashion. Support and back the sales staff when tough decisions need to be made."

"Be honest and willing to help your workers. Alomst half of the sales force left, it should tell you something about what and how you are doing things."

"There is no upper level support to us architects. We are constantly being yelled at and blamed for things that have nothing to do with our systems.There is no process nor is there any shift to create processes.The benefits here are terrible.The cost of insurance is very expensive for very little."
