The company is 100% transparent and the executives really care about the employees, but the customers come above the employees. The moral structure demands perfection. We deal with a ton of people's futures, and we take it VERY serious. I love the opportunities the company provides.
4.9Delta Trading Group has been a salvation to my future. I have been able to grow, learn, and expand my horizons. The company focus on Transparency for its employees and its clients. Just an amazing group to work for. In fact, this is the only company I have worked for that doesn't have employee complaints. There is just nothing to complain about unless you are not actually hired...ha! ...or if you lie to a customer and get fired.
4.9Delta Trading Group has a corporate location that I also worked for in Tucson AZ. It handles the development of products and services. It was amazing, but the Scottsdale office is even better. This is where the giants in day trading play. I am so grateful.
