"Lack of qualified co-workers. They claim to have the best and brightest but don't. Politics come before execution and quality takes a back seat to short term gain."

"You need to focus on technical excellence. 80 hour weeks do you translate to quality work. You need to actually user your lean workouts on your own organization and trim the fat that isn't adding value."

"When we have all the infomation needed to sell oue product, it was up to the sales people to do what we did the best grow the business.I enjoyed the work and the freedom with the trust we received from our management. I enjoyed the commissions at the end of the quarters, that was our proof of a job well done to our superiors."

"Supporting the field engineers was great. I learned alot about power plants. Corporate headquarters is beautiful. Great lunch area. I was a contractoer so I cannot give much else in terms of benefits etc.."
