"I've worked for GE lighting as a supply chain Co-op for around 8 months. The work culture of GE is amazing as the environment is very friendly and warm. The freedom that I got while I was working on my Projects and Assignments made me utilize my full potential. The team that I worked under was relatively new so we had to brainstorm new concepts and ideas to create a structured work flow."

"I worked at GE Lighting for 8 months as a product management co-op. I loved working with the C by GE team which is the smart home wing of the business. I've found it to be a company that encourages leadership and creates a conducive environment for professional growth. NELA park is where Thomas Edison invented to first the light bulb. Working in such a historic place also reflects the rich culture of the company."
"Great company. I started work in August 2007 and took early retirement in Decemer 2012 due to medical. The development team was spread all over the globe which brought challenges in the development, but the ability of virtual meetings sufficed in coordination, direction, and status."
"Bad business and management. Worst I have ever seen. As far as GE goes, it is not a technically strong company anymore. Cutting employee benefit, and cuts corners to survive."
