"Interesting culture. Very friendly and VERY relaxed compared to banks and other large retail environments. In the summer, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, you have Fridays OFF but work 10-hour days M-Th (everyone does this) and there is no getting out of this schedule. Some like it, some don't. :)"
