Requirements were never solid and always revised frequently. Hard scheduled dates were meaningless, except as checkmarks. Requirements kept changing up to and past the date that the game was theoretically released to QA. They talk a lot about quality, but are not willing to commit anything towards achieving it except engineering overtime."

I also don't feel that upper management has a clear direction for the company and doesn't pass this along to the rest of the company and are unable to make a decision to move forward. They seem to be busy trying to catch the competition than passing them and exploring new business opportunities."
