"On occasion, dealing with the office administration (Human Resources and Government Paperwork Authorizer) can be rather frustrating. More it's the lack of responding to e-mails and accomplishing what was expected in the time which it was specified. Simply put...it's not staying organized and delivering prompt communication."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep up the things you do well, and continually fine tune the areas you're weakest in. Don't be afraid to make changes if it means long term success for everyone involved."
