"I didn't like being laid off with no severence. Especially in this economy. This to me was extremely upsetting and devistating to my life and my families well being."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If a layoff is coming, allow the employees to at least start looking for something prior to the layoff, and or, allotting severance if the layoff is abrupt."
What do you like about working at MYCOM?
"The people I work with. I also liked the Idea of the new refrigation that they were devoloping. It would be another way to save electricity on an industrial level"

"Be yourself, let them know where you want to go within the company so they can match you to that line if they can."

"The lack of traning for safety, advancement, and the poor organisation."

"Try to make a better/ safer work enviroment for us as employes."
