3.1 I worked for the Quikrete Company for 11 years and up to the time when we got a new general manager, it was an excellent place to work, but with his hiring, everything changed and it was no longer the Quikrete way, but now his way of doing business, regardless of it being wrong or right.

4.5 I worked with Quikrete 15 + YRS and was always provided with career advancement opportunities. Quikrete has a hands off approach and allows you as an individual to grow and learn at a pace that is right for you. Great company to consider longevity with good hire on packages. Quikrete has strong enfaces on treating management well by giving bonuses, rewards and special recognition for high achievements. I believe Quikrete will be an industry leader if they adapt quickly in areas of innovation, smart production and manufacturing 4.0.

2.2 Most days are boring, with occasional nightmare days where everything seems to go sideways all at once. Most of the people are nice enough, but there are bad apples that can ruin your day. Additionally, even the nice people are just coworkers, not people that seem to want to be friends outside of work. None of the skills I learned from college were used in my job, and the pay wasn't good enough to gloss over that. If you want steady, boring busy work for poor pay, then this is the place for you.
