"Fast growth company. The current CEO has done a lot of good work that could be noticed across the Organizations. Some key strong technical persons were hired for key positions but still, lack more management skills which are a downside when it comes to having an ideal workplace environment to produce results. In my opinion, there are many processes undefined which created a lot of confusion and lack of organization, also the work-life balance is generally poor."

"After 11 years of service, my position was terminated, the only reason given your job has been made redundant. I had no indication of problems, I had 11 years of excellent annual reviews. After 11 years, I was given 30 minutes to pack my stuff, and was perp-walked out the door, in front of my friends and colleagues."
