"Work at the corporate office and not in the Environmental and Compliance dept."
What don't you like about working at TAIT?
"Nepotism; In the Environmental Compliance department, there were two Managers, one who was a belligerent, A type personality who thought she was God, and the other who was a Hot Head who had no people skills at all. My immediate boss was a really nice guy but he didn't stand up for me and mitigate the situation with these two managers mentioned above. Moral wasn't very good. The office environment for me was stressful because I never knew when I was going to be attacked by the two managers."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I don't know how involved the owners are when it comes to having managers badgering other employees. If you are, then good but if you are not. Get involved and send your two managers to some type of people skills classes. These two are just absolutely horrible to work with."
